Customer Representative
Details
CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE
Required qualifications and job description are listed below. Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the necessary support for existing software,
- Ensure that customer problems, installation and update requests are resolved by relevant departments,
- Analyze problems, provide remote solutions and refer to other support groups if necessary,
- Follow up on user problems related to current product use until the resolution stage in accordance with the principle of customer satisfaction,
- Answer customer calls,
- Resolve customer complaints through phone, email, mail or social media,
- Provide information about products and services to customers,
- Collect customer information such as payment information, address and phone number,
- Answer questions related to warranty or sales conditions,
- Provide information about orders or refunds to customers,
- Convince customers to reconsider their product or service cancellation request,
- Create customer accounts by recording account information,
- Update customer account information,
- Resolve product or service problems by listening to the customer’s complaint,
- Follow up on the process to solve the customer’s problem,
- Analyze customer needs and present potential product or service requirements to management,
- Prepare reports on general customer satisfaction,
- Collaborate with relevant departments to stay informed about company policy changes,
- Collaborate and come up with solutions for office management and needs,
- Establish sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
- Experienced in customer relations and phone support,
- High communication skills and team work-oriented,
- Open to learning, ability to plan and organize,
- Able to take initiative when necessary, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
- (Preferably) Proficiency in information technology industry and terminology,

Technical Support Specialist

Technical Support Specialist
- Experienced in Linux server management (Ubuntu, etc.),
- Experienced in web server management (Apache, Nginx, etc.),
- Knowledgeable about storage and virtualization platforms,
- Familiar with load-balancing, proxy, and failover applications (HaProxy, Citrix Netscaler),
- Knowledgeable about SQL/NoSQL database usage or management (Mysql, Percona, Redis, SQLite, etc.),
- Skilled in monitoring (preferably Zabbix),
- Knowledgeable about networking and firewall topics,
- Familiar with setting up and managing basic services such as DNS, Mail, SQL, SNMP, etc.,
- Skilled in shell scripting and Cloudflare,
- Knowledgeable about Configuration Management tools (ansible, salt, etc.),
- Proficient in English at a level that can conduct in-depth document research,
- Able to work flexible hours,
- Able to respond to system intervention calls outside of working hours,
- Preferably seeking long-term employment,
- Completed military service for male candidates or at least 2 years of deferment…
PHP Developer
Details
PHP DEVELOPER
- Minimum 3+ years of software development experience,
- Proficient in programming languages, especially PHP (including Laravel framework, etc.),
- Knowledgeable in MySQL, React JS, Angular JS,
- Experienced in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,
- Developed front-end by receiving data through a Restful API/JSON,
- Experienced in version control applications such as Git,
- Ability to follow web trends, open to development, solution-oriented,
- Enthusiastic about researching, discovering, and learning new things,
- Ability to work in a team,
- Proficient in English to be able to track resources,
- For male candidates, either have no military obligation or have at least 2 years of postponement,
- Residing preferably on the European side of Istanbul,
- Accessible to Zaim Teknopark in Istanbul-Halkalı (we work at least 3 days a week in the office),
- Ability to adapt to remote working conditions.
